TERMS OF SALE
These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases from Parukapood OÜ online store at the internet address: www.parukapood.ee.
The seller of the goods is Parukapood OÜ, Narva mnt 13 Tallinn, registry code 14166885 , phone 6828488. The terms and conditions apply between all persons and the seller when making purchase transactions from the e-store.
Parukapood OÜ online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process orders and deliver goods to the buyer.
The seller has the right to unilaterally change the conditions by announcing the new conditions in the sales conditions of the online store. If the customer placed an order before the conditions were changed, then the conditions valid at the time of purchase apply.
In addition to the conditions presented by the seller, when buying from an e-store, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia on e-commerce applies. All prices in Parukapoe online store include VAT 22%. On the website of the wig shop, it is possible to buy those Products with the "Add to cart" button. To order a suitable Product, you must add them to the shopping cart. By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms of Sale, agrees with them and complies with them. Parukapood is the controller of personal data. Parukapood OÜ transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.
The customer can buy goods from Parukapood OÜ's online store by paying the entire amount of the order immediately through the payment environment. Before making the payment, the customer checks the order so that the data corresponds to the actual request. The amount of Products in the shopping cart can be changed by writing the desired number of Products in the quantity field.
Products can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the "cross" on the right row.
DELIVERY
The customer chooses the method of delivery of the goods themselves - We send packages with Smartpost across Estonia and the price is €3.30 and Finland €14

A confirmation of the order and payment will be sent to the customer's email.
The sales contract between the customer and the seller enters into force when the customer has paid for the entire amount of the order. From the receipt of the payment to Parukapood OÜ's current account, the package will be sent as soon as we can.
The package will be delivered within 3-7 days.

If it is not available, we can order within 10 days.
If the seller cannot fulfill the order within 21 days, the amount of the unfulfilled order will be returned (immediately to the customer) to the customer's bank account, if the customer does not agree to a longer order fulfillment time.
ORDER FORMATION
The wig shop online store allows the following payment methods:

With an advance invoice - if the order is confirmed, an advance invoice will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address, which can be paid by bank transfer through a bank suitable for the Buyer.
With a credit card - after completing the order, the customer is directed to the secure environment of Nets Estonia AS to make the payment. There is a pre-filled payment order with the amount to be paid. After entering the card number, security code (3-digit code on the back of the card) and the end of the card's validity period, Nets Estonia authorizes the transaction at the customer's bank.
When requesting card data, the SSL security protocol and the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used, which ensure that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or changed by outsiders.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products purchased from the Parukapood online store are subject to a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. If the Product ordered from the e-shop does not suit the Buyer, he can return it without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer or a third party named by the Buyer, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the Products. There is no right of withdrawal if the Buyer has been delivered products in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery (cosmetic products, etc.).
In addition, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to Products if:
1. The product is manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the specific Buyer;
2. The product is manufactured in accordance with the conditions provided by the Buyer;
3. The product is mixed or combined with some other product or goods, so that they can no longer be separated from each other;
4. The product has been used for economic and professional purposes.
The Wig Shop has the right to refuse refunds until the Wig Shop has received back the Product to be returned or the Buyer has provided the Wig Shop with evidence that it has returned the Product, whichever is earlier.
If the Buyer has used or tried the returned Product in a different way than it would normally be allowed to do in the store, or if he has used the Product more than is necessary to make sure of its nature, properties and functioning, then the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product, and the Wig Shop is entitled to this amount to be deducted from the refundable purchase price. If the Buyer does not agree with the decrease in value shown by Parukapoe, he has the right to contact an independent expert to determine this. The costs of the independent expert shall be paid by the party whose position was found to be unfounded. If it turns out to be impossible to find out such a party, the costs related to the examination will be divided in half between the Buyer and the Wig Shop. If it turns out that the Buyer has not received the ordered Product, the Product does not correspond to the description in the e-shop, or the Product shows an error, the Buyer does not have to make a statement of withdrawal within 14 days, but can use the right to file a claim arising from the law.
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By using the website, the consumer consents to the collection and processing of his data in accordance with this policy. Personal data includes, among others, first and last name, contact phone number, delivery address, e-mail address.
METHODS AND PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
The e-shop has the right to use personal data to transmit advertising, newsletters, customer communication and other information to the consumer in order to improve and advertise its services, deliver orders or fulfill other contractual obligations, among other things. The e-shop can also transfer the consumer's personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.
The use of electronic personal data for direct mail takes place only if the consumer has given separate consent for this. The consumer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to fulfill a requirement arising from the contract, including delivery of goods. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the consumer's personal bank credentials and they have no access to the e-shop.
SECURITY
The seller implements all reasonable measures to protect the processed personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process personal data, and the personal data of all website visitors is treated as confidential information.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Product images are illustrative. Product prices and availability may change without notice. In this case, Parukapood reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the Buyer's checking account within a reasonably necessary time. Product information is checked and improved regularly. The data may have been updated since the last visit of the Buyer.
